You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity of the platform.
• Do not use the service to generate or ship malicious code.

Your content

You retain all rights to the code and content you connect to cyql. You grant us a limited license to access and process it solely to provide the service to you.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage beyond plan limits may incur additional charges as described on our pricing page. You can set hard budgets to cap spend.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. cyql assists with software development but you are responsible for reviewing and approving any code before it is merged or deployed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cyql will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
