Privacy Policy
Last updated June 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how cyql, Inc. ("cyql", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services. This is a template and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, and company when you create an account or contact us — as well as technical data like log files, device information, and usage analytics needed to operate the service.
Your code and repositories
When you connect a repository, cyql accesses the code needed to plan and complete your tasks. Agents run in isolated runtimes with short-lived credentials. We do not use your private code to train foundation models. Enterprise customers may self-host so code never leaves their network.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- To communicate with you about your account and updates.
- To monitor security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it subject to legal requirements.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact privacy@cyql.ai to exercise them.
